I’m not sure if I should admit this, but this week I wore the same pair of jeans all week long to work, and no one noticed, or cared. And even if they did notice or care, I’m not sure if I care. It was partially an experiment, partially a bit of laziness of not wanting to choose something else to wear, and partially because I love these jeans and I think they look great and go with everything. So I did it. And nothing changed in my life. I was just as productive, just as effective, and just as focused. My husband didn’t even notice.

This further proves my theory that most people are so focused on themselves and worried about
other things around them, that they aren’t worried about my wardrobe. If I were to wear something particularly crazy, inappropriate, or off the norm then someone might notice… but if I keep things simple and consistent, which I do, no one notices.

I’ve owned many pairs of jeans over the years, but at any point in time I’ve always had a favorite pair or two that are my go-to jeans. More recently I’ve realized I only need to own those two go- to pairs, and when they wear out I’ll replace them with a new pair. This allows me to stay more up to date with styles as they change too. I’m not invested in ten pairs of jeans at a time, and then styles and my preferences change and they are obsolete.
PS – It was a pair of FRAME jeans. My other favorite pair of jeans is AYR.
